Assistant Project Manager

Our client has a direct hire role available for an Assistant Project Manager.  

They specialize in Landscape design, construction, maintenance, and restoration. Their clients are in the commercial sector, new construction, medical facilities, and municipalities.   

Duties:  
-Working with project managers from preconstruction to end  of the project
-Keeping accurate records of the projects
-Maintain submittal logs
-Assist with material procurement and keeping procurement log

Full benefit package offered, pay is based upon experience, around $90k/year.

Qualifications: 
-3+ years of landscape knowledge preferred
-Knowledge of construction techniques and industry best practices
-Expertise in Microsoft Office and Excel
